Target group: all staff involved in operational activities especially those interacting directly with the aircraft, flight crews and passengers. Recommended to all employees.

• Main components of safety concept.
• Safety culture.
• Huma performance – limiting factors.
• Human behavior – habits.
• Promotion and development of “good habits” – behavior risk improvement.
• Case study.
