Ramp Agents (TCO)

The aim of this course is to ensure full compliance with the international regulations (ICAO, EASA, etc) as well with the National authorities

Syllabus:

1. Concept of “Managing a safe turnround”
2. Communication principles / effective communication
3. Coordination of all activities during the ground time (PTS -  Precision Time Schedule)
4. Activities before aircraft landing.
5. Activities after aircraft departure.
6. Coordination in case of abnormal situations / disruptions.
7. Conflict management.
8. Associted documents (SLA – Service Level Agreement)

Course duration 1 day / 8 hours
